Spread over 52000m², BW Quartet is located in the BW Park District, between Sava Park and Savska Street. With a footprint resembling the Cyrillic letter “П”, its longer side faces Sava Park and the new boulevard; the two wings face neighbouring residential facilities, with landscaped spaces between the buildings, while the front, with the private inner garden, faces Savska Street and the Palace of Justice.
BW Quartet
BW Quartet is the first 8-storey building in Belgrade Waterfront. It features 232 apartments of various sizes, from one-bedroom to four-bedroom units, as well as retail facilities on the ground floor. On-site facilities include cafes, restaurants, retail and services on the ground floor, entrance lobbies with reception areas and 24/7 security, underground parking on two levels with 284 spaces, personal storage units and garbage disposal chutes for all apartments.
