Winter Wonderland

Winter Wonderland Igman represents a hotel and residential complex of the highest rank located in the untouched nature of the Olympic Mount Igman. Igman is a mountain near Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, known for its natural beauty, winter sports, and role in the 1984 Winter Olympics. The complex is near ski jumps, with the huge Igman plateau in front. This area is claimed to have the highest concentration of negative ions.

Project

Winter Wonderland Igman expands over 60000m² and will consist of retail apartments, a 5-star hotel, with a large SPA centre, sports hall, large congress facilities, cinema, top fitness facilities, outdoor sports fields, as well as facilities for children.

MBT Concept was hired by the investor, The Place d.o.o, to manage the development of this unique mountain complex from the earliest stages. This engagement included, among other: preparation of the Design Brief, Design Management, Design Peer review, Budgeting, and assistance in obtaining permits.

The Place d.o.o. is a Bosnian Development Company that, together with ICD, the Investment Corporation of Dubai, invests and develops many projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
