MBT Concept role in the project

MBT Concept was hired by Trika d.o.o. Zagreb company that was the FF&E Supplier on the project of refurbishment of 6 hotels on the Makarska Riviera. The MBT team was managing all contracts for more than 50 different producers of FF&E, as well as the main contract with the investor. This includes but is not limited to preparation of contracts, change management, claim management, conducting and managing all contractual correspondence, advising on procurement and installation strategy, and helping in transport and logistical issues.
