The investors of Belgrade Waterfront are Eagle Hills and the Republic of Serbia. Eagle Hills is an Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company. It supports premium lifestyles by designing and implementing contemporary urban facilities, including residential and commercial property, hospitality, shopping malls, retail, and healthcare. Besides Serbia, they have developing signature projects in Bahrain, Jordan, Morocco, Ethiopia, Oman, and the UAE.

Belgrade Waterfront, Plot 10 – Residential buildings span over approximately 107.000 sq.m. This new complex on Karađorđeva Street features three-part facades that echo the traditional architecture of pre-war Belgrade, preserving a signature element of the capital’s heritage. The complex consists of 5 buildings.
BW Alegra, BW Maestra, BW Diva
The BW Alegra building contains 99 apartments of various types. Ground floor features modern amenities, including shops, cafés, and restaurants, and the garage extends over two underground levels with a total of 125 parking spaces. BW Maestra offers 138 apartments of various types, while the underground garage contains 179 parking spaces. The BW Diva building features 148 apartments, and the garage spans two underground levels with a total of 206 parking spaces.
