The investors of Belgrade Waterfront are Eagle Hills and the Republic of Serbia. Eagle Hills is an Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company. It supports premium lifestyles by designing and implementing contemporary urban facilities, including residential and commercial property, hospitality, shopping malls, retail, and healthcare. Besides Serbia, they have developing signature projects in Bahrain, Jordan, Morocco, Ethiopia, Oman, and the UAE.

BW Nova, BW Vizia, BW Iskra

BW Iskra has 9 floors and 165 apartments. The building has an underground garage on one level, with 194 parking spaces. The ground floor houses retail outlets, including restaurants and cafés. BW Nova is a 9-story building with 109 apartments in various sizes. The building includes an indoor gym on the ground floor and a single-level underground parking garage with dedicated storage space. The building has access to the inner courtyard that includes a full-size basketball court, a children’s playground, and a central greenery area. Ground-floor apartments have private gardens extending from the terraces. BW Vizia has 9 floors and 124 apartments, and the building also contains 149 underground parking spaces.
