The investors of Belgrade Waterfront are Eagle Hills and the Republic of Serbia. Eagle Hills is an Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company. It supports premium lifestyles by designing and implementing contemporary urban facilities, including residential and commercial property, hospitality, shopping malls, retail, and healthcare. Besides Serbia, they have developing signature projects in Bahrain, Jordan, Morocco, Ethiopia, Oman, and the UAE.

Belgrade Waterfront, Plot 6 – Residential buildings span over approximately 39.000 square meters. This plot is located close to the Old Sava Bridge. It is called the Bristol Residences Belgrade since it draws inspiration from the timeless elegance of the renowned Hotel Bristol, one of Belgrade’s oldest hotels and a masterpiece of the city’s Art Nouveau heritage.
