Multi brand vehicle showroom – Reconstruction and extension of three existing commercial buildings, through which works a single detached commercial building is formed – a multi brand car and motorcycle showroom. Total number of floors:2 basement levels + ground floor (G) + 2 upper floors, with a total gross building area of 19.261,50 m², of which the above ground gross floor area amounts to 12.203,33 m², including 190 (one hundred and ninety) parking spaces in underground garage levels and 261 (two hundred and sixty one) outdoor parking spaces.
