Renovation

In 2022, Bluesun Hotel Borak underwent significant renovations to enhance guest comfort. Looking ahead, the hotel announced that it will earn its fourth star for the 2025 season, thanks to thoughtful enhancements aimed at improving the guest experience.

MBT Concept role in the project

The MBT Concept contributed to the renovation of the hotel in collaboration with Trika d.o.o. Zagreb. Trika was the FF&E Supplier on the project of renovation. The MBT team was managing all contracts for different producers of FF&E as well as the main contract with the investor. This includes but is not limited to preparation of contracts, change management, claim management, conducting and managing all contractual correspondence, advising on procurement and installation strategy, and helping with transport and logistical issues.
