Hotel Maestral
Hotel Maestral is a canonical work of Croatian post-war modernism, a symbol of the architecture of Brela and the Makarska Riviera, and was once the most luxurious hotel on the Adriatic. In 1968. Maestral won the “Tourism Champion” award as the most beautiful and most luxurious hotel on the Adriatic.
Renovation
In 2022, The Hotel and its 69 rooms were completely renovated, respecting tradition and preserving the spirit of the “old” Maestral. MBT collaborated with Trika d.o.o. Zagreb (the company that was the FF&E Supplier) on this project.

MBT Concept role in the project
The MBT team was managing all contracts for different producers of FF&E as well as the main contract with the investor. This includes but is not limited to preparation of contracts, change management, claim management, conducting and managing all contractual correspondence, advising on procurement and installation strategy, and helping with transport and logistical issues.
