Dotted with scenic settlements and adorned with a beautiful and geographically diverse coastline, the Budva Riviera of the Montenegrin Littoral is an almost edenic part of Adriatic with a potential of growth that can be led into sustainable and economically sound alternatives with coherent architectural and urban approaches. Located in close proximity to Sveti Stefan, between Budva and Bar, the site, housing steep cliffs, opens up directly to the Adriatic, as a strip of rocky landscape, slowly rising to a scenic hill.

Programmatic Layout

The project offers diversity of programs within the scheme and architectural characteristics through the design and layout.
Each of the programmatic enclaves, thus, differ in urban form, with a distinct identity and feeling. A green valley that flows down to the coast, connecting the ‘town center’, to the beach is central to the design, layout and character. On the beach, the renewed stone house, is now a restaurant, becomes a distinguishing feature of the coast.
